Job Description

We are currently seeking a Field Service Engineer to join our team in the midlands area. The ideal candidate will have experience working as a forklift technician, plant fitter, plant technician, vehicle technician, or a similar type of role. Experience within plant equipment, powered access equipment, agricultural machinery, motor vehicles, or industrial cleaners may make this role perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Find, diagnose, and rectify faults, and undertake preventative maintenance on our forklifts and other material handling equipment at our customer sites.
  2. Work with a range of equipment, from small pallet trucks to IC trucks and VNA trucks.
Requirements
  1. NVQ level 3 (or equivalent) qualification, although this is not essential.
  2. Full UK driving licence.
  3. Good communication skills to liaise with our customers and internal colleagues.
  4. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  5. Take pride in your work and complete tasks to the highest standard.
  6. A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  7. A positive and can-do attitude.
  8. Flexibility to adapt to the changing needs of the role.
