Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Estates Project Manager to join our Property team at Lancashire Fire and Rescue. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the delivery of minor projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the delivery of minor projects, including planning, coordination, and execution.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project requirements and develop project plans.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating any risks or issues that may arise.
  • Ensure that all projects are completed in accordance with relevant policies, procedures, and regulations.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in a facilities management or property-related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours and locations.
  • Knowledge of relevant policies, procedures, and regulations, including health and safety and data protection.
