Role Overview:

We are in search of a motivated professional eager to progress their career within our vibrant and growing firm. This position provides the opportunity to engage with a wide range of corporate and commercial issues, serving a diverse clientele that includes corporations, partnerships, charities, healthcare entities, and agricultural businesses. Your responsibilities will involve succession planning, asset and business transactions, mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, partnership agreements, shareholder arrangements, and investment matters.

This is a remarkable opportunity as the successful applicant will be on a trajectory towards becoming a Director and leading the department in the near future, supported by an established client portfolio.

Candidate Profile:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience (PQE)
  • Expertise: Proven track record in managing a caseload of corporate and commercial matters
  • Skills: Strong IT, client relationship management, and communication abilities
