**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to lead and manage the HR Operations team at ZipRecruiter. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering operational HR support to our clients and providing strategic HR operational advice to our leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of operational HR support to our clients, ensuring that they have the right people with the right capabilities, skills, and attitudes in the right place at the right time.
  • Provide strategic HR operational advice to our leadership teams to meet their strategic priorities.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and processes to ensure compliance with employment law and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and improve service delivery.
  • Continuously develop and improve HR operations, including service workforce planning, organizational change management, and performance management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Significant post-qualification experience of working in human resources, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of HR policies, trade union relations, and employment law.
  • Member of Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (MCIPD) or equivalent.
  • Proven track record of delivering operational HR support and strategic HR advice to clients and leadership teams.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
