About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Support Manager to join our team at Herefordshire and Worcestershire Health and Care NHS Trust. As a key member of our Facilities Services team, you will provide essential support to senior leaders in delivering projects and improving services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and deliver projects, managing large amounts of data and ensuring timely completion.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including clinical and non-clinical colleagues.
  • Produce high-quality reports and documents, using Microsoft Office applications.
  • Provide administrative support to senior leaders, including scheduling meetings and managing diaries.
Requirements
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Degree or equivalent qualification, with relevant experience in project management or a related field.
  • Experience of working with other agencies and managing projects, with a strong understanding of data analysis and service redesign.
  • Excellent people skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
