Academic Director

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Academic Director to lead our new campus in India. As a key member of our senior team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our education strategy, ensuring the highest quality of educational and student experience-related activities.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading educational activities across an institution, faculty, or branch campus of a university. They will have the ability to communicate clearly with a broad range of individuals, as well as the authenticity and resilience to work with internal and external stakeholders to deliver and support the vision of the wider University.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement the education strategy for the University of Southampton Delhi campus.
- Lead the development of high-quality educational programs and services that meet the needs of students and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver and support the vision of the wider University.
- Ensure compliance with quality assurance and enhancement frameworks that pertain to UK higher education.
- Contribute to the development of the University's internationalisation plans and aspirations to become a globally relevant and engaged institution.
