**Our Shops**

Our retail shops are vibrant and dynamic environments where no two days are the same. From interacting with customers to receiving donations and processing sales, our shops are at the heart of our fundraising efforts.

**The Role**

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused volunteers to join our team in our Chelmsley Wood Furniture shop. As a Shop Volunteer, you will be responsible for:

  • Engaging with customers and providing excellent customer service
  • Sorting and pricing donated stock for sale
  • Operating the till and handling customer transactions
