Marketing and Sales Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing and Sales Manager to join our team at next level - marketing, creative, PR & digital recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving our marketing and sales efforts to achieve business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Outreach & Lead Generation: Develop and execute outbound sales initiatives, attend and organize events, execute follow-ups, qualify leads, and nurture prospects.
- Campaign Management: Execute multi-channel media marketing campaigns (e.g. DM, LinkedIn, email) working with third-party vendors – paid and organic.
- Content Production: Oversee the design and production of planned content (e.g., whitepapers, case studies, organic social media posts) as well as proactively suggest and help to create sales content.
- Data Integrity: Maintain data integrity, create CRM automations, and prioritize prospects within the system.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track key metrics, optimize sales campaign performance, and report results to senior management.
To be considered for this role, you must have experience working in a hybrid sales and marketing role and be commercially focused. Your ability to understand business, marketing, and brands is essential. You will be detail-oriented and always curious to learn and know more. You will be confident speaking convincingly to senior-level prospects and able to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
