Learning and Development Manager

Medlock Partners Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Manager to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees across the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Learning and Development strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Design and deliver training programs for all levels of employees, including leadership development, technical skills training, and soft skills development.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and effective training content.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their career development.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Learning and Development, with a strong background in training design, delivery, and evaluation.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and best practices in Learning and Development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Ability to analyze data and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the company's goals and objectives.
