  • Collaborating with the Service Manager to offer guidance and support to the team, ensuring the delivery of individualized care and positive outcomes for our residents.
  • Assisting support workers in maintaining accurate and timely documentation, including care plans and daily records, essential for the safety and well-being of our tenants.
  • Fostering strong relationships among colleagues, residents, families, and other professionals to create a supportive community.
  • Serving as a role model, inspiring the team to provide person-centered support through innovative and solution-focused practices.
  • Overseeing the completion of mandatory training for the team, promoting continuous professional development.
  • Managing daily administrative tasks such as scheduling, absence tracking, and incident reporting as directed by the Service Manager.
