Job Overview

Role Summary

  • Deliver professional and effective quality assurance, administrative, and system support to the Branch Teams.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to facilitate ongoing enhancements and ensure smooth operational processes.
  • Assist with sample collection, registration, and dispatch as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise quality systems, conduct internal audits, and implement corrective actions while providing regular updates and monthly reports.
  • Perform general office tasks, including data processing and handling inquiries via phone.
  • Uphold high standards of quality systems, including testing and certification protocols.
  • Support the evaluation of documentation for new or revised standards in testing areas.
  • Provide training and updates on quality system modifications to ensure compliance among all operational staff.
  • Assist the Branch team with procurement and cost-saving initiatives when necessary.

Qualifications

  • GCSE grades A-C, including Mathematics and English, or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • Possession of a Full Clean Driving License.

Experience Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint.
  • Demonstrated experience in Customer Service roles.
