About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at The Advocate Group. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing new business opportunities in the premium on-trade sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the London area and effectively manage on-trade accounts to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain existing business relationships through excellent customer service and retention strategies.
  • Develop new relationships with key decision-makers to expand business and help the company grow.
  • Identify long-term business goals and develop strategies to achieve them, contributing to the overall business objectives.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, promoting a permanent menu fixture, house pour, and promotional events to drive sales and brand awareness.
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve pre-agreed targets, accurate forecasting, and delivering results.
About You
  • Proven experience in managing on-trade customers within the London region.
  • Strong knowledge of the drinks industry, including trends, competitors, and market dynamics.
  • Ability to drive sales growth and consistently achieve targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
