About the Role
As a Dental Nurse, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinical skills training facilities. Your responsibilities will encompass organizing and preparing resources for diverse CPD courses held within the unit. You'll collaborate closely with the Eastman Clinical Investigation Skills Manager to maintain all clinical skills rooms and ensure they are ready for daily courses.
Your expertise will also be invaluable in providing chairside assistance and nursing care during clinically led courses, including Implant, Endodontics, and various short courses. You'll report directly to the Senior Dental Nurse, contributing to a high-quality learning environment for our students.
About You
To excel in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and attributes:
- Qualified Dental Nurse with registration with the General Dental Council (or eligibility to register).
- National Examining Board for Dental Nurses (NEBDN) Qualification (Diploma in Dental Nursing or equivalent) or an equivalent Hospital Qualification.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Health & Safety, Cross Infection, and CQC Guidelines.
