We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Streamline Search. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning and delivering multiple projects to a high standard, ensuring that stores look and perform their best.
Key Responsibilities- Manage project delivery within multiple retail stores, communicating effectively with external project teams and internal departments.
- Attend meetings related to site scoping, store design, graphics, manufacturing, logistics, and installations as required for each project.
- Translate client briefs into accurate and achievable delivery plans.
- Contribute to project cost estimations at design stages.
- Define and manage scheduling of all RAMs and project-specific activities in line with deadlines derived from programme requirements.
- Maintain accuracy in the maintenance of business operational system data (ERP system and/or similar BI tools).
- Liaise frequently with internal teams to ensure on-schedule fulfillment of all requisite fixtures, fittings, and components.
- Produce and maintain site-derived reporting.
- Capture and feed back learnings from site by arranging and orchestrating post-project feedback meetings.
- Adhere to all company principles and policies, serving as a role model for best-practice ways of working and professional conduct.
- Proven experience as a project/site manager in the shopfitting or fitout sectors.
- Proficient in using MS365 (Outlook, Excel, etc.), ERP systems (Orderwise, Business Central, etc.), and BI Systems (Airtable, etc.).
- Experience communicating with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Travel to suit project-driven milestones and locations. Full driving license required.
