About the Role: As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, delivering, and reporting on the programme, engaging with key partners, and ensuring effective use of resources and funding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive project plan to deliver high-quality holiday activities and food programmes.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including council officials, activity providers, and food suppliers.
  • Monitor and report on programme progress, including take-up rates and other key metrics.
  • Convene and chair a steering group to oversee the programme's progress and make key decisions.
  • Provide project management support for other programmes and initiatives within the council.
  • Lead the Early Childhood Information and Development Officer in their work on the programme.
  • Produce high-quality reports and presentations for stakeholders, including the council and programme funders.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project management, particularly in the development and delivery of programmes for children and young people.
  • Strong understanding of the needs of children and young people in Central London and the importance of providing high-quality holiday activities and food programmes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
