- Resolve Issues on Current Production Vehicles: Identify and resolve issues on current production vehicles, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with software and hardware suppliers, as well as internal teams, to drive issue resolution and ensure seamless integration of cockpit hardware systems.
- Support SAP Tasks and Tools Implementation: Assist in the implementation of SAP tasks and tools across the team, ensuring efficient and effective processes.
- Several Years of Experience: Minimum several years of work experience in the development and delivery of mechanical, electrical, or electronic systems for automotive applications.
- Systems Development Lifecycle Experience: Experience with the systems development lifecycle (V Model), writing system requirements, defining test cases, and writing test procedures.
- Project Management Skills: Successful experience in managing projects using risk management techniques and knowledge of CAD, packaging of components, and assembly process.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage time between multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronic/Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Telecommunications, Software Engineering, or other relevant engineering subject.
- Mature and Confident: Mature, confident, and articulate in high-pressure scenarios.
- Proactive and Self-Organized: Proactive, self-organized, and able to work independently with a minimum level of supervision.
- Excellent Team Skills: Good team skills, excellent communication skills, and ability to effectively manage time between multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
