Job Title: Electronics Test Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Electronics Test Engineer to join our team at GTS International Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality products by following predefined test processes.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and executing test activities, ensuring adherence to specifications and cost-effectiveness. You will supervise and support test technicians, fostering a collaborative environment, and work autonomously, coordinating activities beyond your immediate area when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute test plans, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Conduct thorough testing of electronic components and assemblies, utilizing standard test equipment and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Maintain accurate records of test results and manufacturing documentation, ensuring traceability and compliance with ISO9001 standards.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of electronic principles and relevant IPC standards.
  • Proven experience in a high-tech environment, with a focus on testing and quality assurance.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic PC skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software applications.
