Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a wine program that showcases our commitment to quality and diversity.
  • Collaborate with our culinary team to create wine pairings that elevate the dining experience.
  • Provide exceptional service to our guests, offering expert wine recommendations and guidance.
  • Manage the wine cellar, ensuring proper storage and inventory.
  • Stay up-to-date on emerging wine trends, regional varieties, and market pricing to keep our offerings dynamic and relevant.
Requirements:
  • WSET Level 3 certification (required)
  • Proven experience as a Sommelier in a high-end or fine dining establishment.
  • Passion for wine and gastronomy, with a focus on pairing wine with food.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and develop junior team members.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
