About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join our team at Samuel Makepeace Estate Agents. As a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Your excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships will be key in providing exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Communicate with clients to understand their property needs and preferences
  2. Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants
  3. Prepare and present offers, contracts, and agreements to clients
  4. Coordinate property inspections and surveys
  5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
  6. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth transactions

Requirements:

  1. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  2. Strong administrative and organizational abilities
  3. Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  4. Proactive problem-solving skills

What We Offer:

As a Sales Negotiator at Samuel Makepeace Estate Agents, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and develop your skills in property sales and lettings. You will be rewarded with competitive on-target earnings ranging between £24,000 and £27,000 per annum, as well as a bonus scheme and commission pay.

  • Weekend availability
