About the Role

We're seeking a talented Retail Associate to join our team at TJX Europe. As a Retail Associate, you'll be an ambassador for our business, providing exceptional customer service and creating a treasure hunt experience for our customers.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales floor team to maintain a visually appealing store environment.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card sales, and returns.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.
