Site Quality Assurance Officer

Position Overview:
A prominent and internationally recognized multidisciplinary consultancy is in search of a Clerk of Works to enhance their team. This role is pivotal in ensuring adherence to contractual specifications, assessing and verifying the quality of construction materials, resolving issues, and overseeing the advancement of multiple projects. The successful candidate will possess prior experience in a similar role or as a Site Inspector, along with consultancy exposure and exceptional report writing capabilities. Experience in residential new builds is highly regarded.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with contractual specifications
- Assess and verify the quality of construction materials
- Identify and resolve issues as they arise
- Oversee project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders
- Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and surveyors
- Draft comprehensive written reports
- Conduct regular site inspections
- Maintain quality standards throughout the project lifecycle
Candidate Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience as a Clerk of Works or Site Inspector
- Background in consultancy
- Strong report writing skills
- Preferred experience in residential new builds
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
