Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and creative individual to join our team as a Deputy Care Manager/Team Leader at Cedar House in Spalding, Lincolnshire. As a key member of our community services team, you will be responsible for providing tailored support to our clients, ensuring their unique needs are met with care and consideration.

Responsibilities

As a Deputy Care Manager/Team Leader, you will:

  • Develop and implement personalized care plans to meet the diverse needs of our clients
  • Lead and support a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality care and support
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and effective communication
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a care setting, supporting individuals with learning disabilities
  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in a leadership or senior role
  • Qualifications in Health and Social Care (Level 3) and Leadership and Management (Level 5) or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality care and support
