- Oversee the delivery of safe, compliant, and enriching experiences, meeting regulatory requirements.

- Maintain positive relationships with families, management, and external agencies, ensuring effective partnerships and collaborations.
- Ensure compliance with Ofsted registration requirements, maintaining a high level of regulatory compliance.
- Maintain the safety and upkeep of the building and grounds, ensuring a safe and healthy working environment.
- Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care, Childcare, or a related field.
- Minimum Level 2 Literacy and Numeracy.

- Experience working with children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities in an education or care setting.
- Strong ICT skills and decision-making abilities, ensuring effective use of technology and resources.
