Primary Job Purpose:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Assistant to join our team at LQ Resorts. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout our resort. About The Role

Primary Job Purpose:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Assistant to join our team at LQ Resorts. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout our resort. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where you will have the chance to develop your skills and contribute to the success of our team.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all areas of the resort, including guest bedrooms, corridors, and public areas, are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.

  • Enter and prepare rooms for cleaning, including stripping beds, emptying bins, and collecting dirty bathroom towels.

  • Replenish guest amenities as and when required.

  • Respond to any guest requests in a timely and professional manner.

  • Report any maintenance issues within the rooms to the relevant department.

  • Replenish work trolleys and clean linen on a daily basis.

  • Ensure that cleaning is consistent in every room.

  • Work quickly and efficiently to ensure that guests' rooms are ready on time for arrival.

  • Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene, including wearing and maintaining a clean uniform at all times.

  • Follow all company policies and procedures outlined in the Employee Handbook, including any department-specific procedures.

  • Be aware of and follow all Health and Safety procedures.
