We are seeking a skilled Hospitality Manager to lead our residential care home in the UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and creating a warm and welcoming environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a service experience that reflects our family values of compassion, empathy, and transparency
  • Manage the food service operation, working closely with the executive chef to plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality meals in a timely and efficient manner
  • Ensure the housekeeping function is effective, efficient, and maintains high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the facility
  • Develop and maintain a positive working environment for all staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, continuous improvement, and high-quality service

Requirements:

  • Excellent people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff to deliver exceptional service
  • Knowledge of food service operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and delivery, as well as a good understanding of nutrition and dietary requirements
  • Strong understanding of the needs and interests of older people and the ability to develop and deliver a range of activities that are engaging, fun, and promote health and wellness
  • Strong understanding of the principles of housekeeping, including cleaning, hygiene, and infection control
  • Strong understanding of budget management and the ability to manage costs effectively whilst still delivering high-quality service
