We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Reporting Specialist to join our finance team at P Tuckwell Ltd. This role is responsible for the production of monthly management information, working closely with the Finance Manager to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist the Finance Manager in preparing monthly management accounts, including reconciliations and journal entries.
- Produce monthly P&L reconciliations, including margin analysis and overhead reviews.
- Prepare budget reports on spend categories and budget holders.
- Ensure accurate and complete financial records to support all figures.
- Perform monthly system housekeeping routines and submit quarterly returns to the ONS.
- Assist with year-end audit field team preparation and ad-hoc tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Advanced spreadsheet skills, including lookups and pivot tables.
- Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
- Proactive and able to work independently, with excellent communication skills.
- Ideal qualifications include AAT, ACCA, or CIMA, or willingness to study.
