The Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for the development and effective implementation of quality initiatives and compliance with both internal and external quality benchmarks within the facility. This role involves close collaboration with key stakeholders, suppliers, and clients to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the Quality Assurance team
- Maintain, audit, and enhance the quality management framework
- Collaborate with operational teams to foster quality enhancements
- Organize hygiene assessments aimed at elevating factory standards
- Manage customer care complaints and conduct thorough investigations
- Act as a deputy for the Head of Quality Assurance
- Partner with the New Product Development team to ensure compliance of new products or recipe modifications with regulatory requirements
- Ensure all documentation adheres to company policies

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management systems
- Proven experience in team leadership
- Certified Internal Auditor for BRC / IFS / FSSC Global Standards
- Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
