Implementation Quality Assurance Specialist

Futures has an exciting opportunity for a Quality Assurance Engineer to join their team in a leading manufacturing company. As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will have a strong understanding of ISO 9001 and previous experience as a lead/principal quality engineer, covering a broad range of quality management activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Investigate customer complaints using root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct quality risk assessments and identify areas for improvement.
- Carry out supplier audits and analyze supplier and sub-contractor performance.
- Proven experience and working knowledge of ISO 9001 management system development, implementation, and improvement.
- Practical experience of working with quality improvement techniques, such as Six Sigma, LEAN Manufacturing, and problem-solving tools.
