Artelium Wine Estate is a leading English wine producer, renowned for its exceptional wines and commitment to excellence. We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team and drive our marketing strategy forward.

Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and develop innovative campaigns that showcase our brand and products. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in marketing and a deep understanding of the wine industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our business objectives
  • Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, and event marketing
  • Manage and grow our digital presence, including our website and social media channels
  • Oversee the creation of high-quality visual and written content that reflects our brand values and resonates with our target audience
  • Manage the growth and maintenance of our CRM database and ensure effective market communications
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive insights
  • Identify and manage strategic partnerships with influencers, media, and industry stakeholders
  • Develop and execute marketing plans for private and public events
  • Oversee the marketing budget and ensure effective allocation of resources
  • Collaborate with the hospitality team to enhance the customer experience through innovative event promotion
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a marketing management role, preferably within the luxury, hospitality, or wine industry
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive brand growth and achieve KPIs
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing
  • Exceptional storytelling and content creation skills, with an eye for design and detail
  • Experience with marketing analytics tools and the ability to derive insights from data to inform strategies
  • A relevant degree in marketing, business, or a related field; additional certifications in digital marketing or wine education
  • Competent user of eCommerce and eMarketing tools, MS Office Tools (Excel, PowerPoint), Photoshop, Google Analytics, and social media marketing
