Main duties and responsibilities:

Develop and deliver a multi-channel marketing plan to attract, convert and retain new and existing clients

Managing paid acquisition campaigns (ppc, social media)

  • Managing social media posting schedule (and scheduling tools) that deliver strong engagement
  • Writing SEO optimised content with real value adding “pulling in power”
  • Setting up and analysing google analytics key metrics
  • Implementing email marketing principles and how to create automated campaigns
  • Create pre and post-auction client communication
  • Plan & Schedule valuation days

Managing traditional media channels

  • Managing print media campaign and liaising with agency
  • Event planning
  • Press liaison

Budget and spend management

  • Experience of making a marketing budget go further
  • Track record of prioritising spend effectively to get the best return

Brand management

  • Brand compliance across all outputs
  • Great attention to detail
  • Ensure all marketing communications are of highest quality

The candidate:

  • Energetic and creative
  • A self-starter
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including good written and spoken English
  • Effective process management, including ability to work to strict deadlines
  • Versatility and ability to multi-task and prioritise
  • Diligent follow-up skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Ability to work collaboratively, team player
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Advertising, or equivalent experience in a similar role
