Learning & Development Manager - Talent Acquisition

Job Title: Learning & Development Manager
Location: Remote
Salary: £45,000 – 50,000 + package
We are seeking a dedicated Learning & Development expert to join our dynamic team at the Advocate Group, a reputable recruitment partner specializing in the FMCG and consumer product sectors. As a Learning & Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our expanding organization through the development and delivery of essential management and leadership programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement tailored Learning and Development strategies for operational managers across company depots.
- Design and deliver engaging training modules and programs to enhance the skills of current and future management employees.
- Customize training materials to align with the company's values and culture.
- Conduct training sessions and coaching to provide practical and impactful learning experiences.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and seek continuous improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to execute a comprehensive L&D strategy.
Your Profile:
- Proven experience in L&D design and delivery.
- Strong knowledge of effective learning methods.
- Experience in providing management and leadership training.
- Understanding of talent management and succession planning.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in training program design, implementation, and evaluation.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and related tools.
- Ability to customize training for diverse teams.
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in L&D.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders.
