Job Purpose

We're seeking a highly skilled Product Marketing Manager to join our team. This role is crucial in developing and executing go-to-market strategies, ensuring our products meet market needs, and driving their success in the marketplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for product launches, focusing on clean energy solutions.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to gather customer insights and competitive analysis, staying up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Create and refine product messaging and value propositions that resonate with target audiences, highlighting the benefits of our clean energy products.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to align marketing strategies, ensuring a cohesive approach.
  • Develop and manage marketing materials such as brochures, case studies, and digital content, showcasing our expertise in the clean energy sector.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to inform product development and improvements, ensuring our products meet customer needs.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing initiatives, providing data-driven insights.
  • Provide sales teams with the necessary tools, training, and resources to effectively sell our clean energy products.
  • Oversee the entire customer journey, ensuring seamless transitions from interest to sales, delivery, and in-life stages, providing exceptional customer experience.
  • Collaborate with various business units to ensure a comprehensive understanding of how our products work and align with customer expectations.

Knowledge and Experience

  • Experience in the clean energy industry, with a focus on solar energy and electric vehicle charging.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques, including market research and data analysis.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations, standards, and certifications related to solar energy and electric vehicle charging in the UK.
  • Familiarity with solar energy systems, EV charging infrastructure, and related technologies.
  • Knowledge of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems, including design, installation, and maintenance.
  • Understanding of electric vehicle charging technologies, standards, and protocols.
  • Based in our London or Leeds office with flexibility for remote work.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in product, marketing, or product marketing, preferably in the clean energy sector.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt to a rapidly changing industry and technology landscape.
