Job Title: Aerospace Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Legal & General Group. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for managing the successful delivery of medium/large projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and manage project plans and schedules, ensuring accurate estimates of cost, time, and resource requirements.
  • Support the Project Sponsor in identifying the strategic objectives of the project.
  • Plan and control finances and budgets for change initiatives.
  • Lead discovery and design workshops to drive successful execution of projects.
  • Develop and apply quality management and governance structures that define clear roles, responsibilities, and accountabilities for delivery of change initiative activities.
  • Report on progress to relevant project boards/governance forums, aligning with organisational best practice.
  • Act as a role model, fostering excellent team spirit in the project delivery team, providing vision and purpose for delivery and aligning/defining roles and responsibilities as needed.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience of delivering medium/large, strategic projects.
  • Ability to manage concurrent projects successfully from inception to closure.
  • Understanding of Project & Change Management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, SCRUM, PROSCI ADKAR.
  • Experience working with technology platforms (Salesforce specifically would be ideal) within a business change context.
  • Experience of working in the Affordable Housing/Housing Management sector is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional communication, relationship building, and management skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels.
