Role Overview

  • Job Summary
  • Assist the commercial delivery of residential development schemes.
  • Support the Surveying department with cost management for development and contracting projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Compile tender packages for sub-contract trades.
  • Receive and analyze tenders for each trade.
  • Issue sub-contract orders in accordance with Group Policy and Commercial Best Practice.
  • Liaise with the Build Department on sub-contractors' performance.
  • Produce sub-contract orders to meet site programmed build requirements.

Requirements

  • HNC / Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management.
  • Good understanding of building regulations and legal obligations.
  • Strong mathematical and IT ability.
  • Good business sense and negotiation skills.
