About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Womenswear Designer to join our team at Forgotten Tribes, an independent womenswear brand based in London. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating original and innovative designs that reflect our brand's vision and identity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop seasonal capsule collections and update best-selling items in collaboration with our Creative Director
  • Research and source new design inspirations, staying updated on colour and fabric trends
  • Conduct quality checks and approve shipment samples
  • Offer guidance to the team on garment care and fabric quality
  • Contribute to marketing, branding, and social media strategies
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of womenswear design experience for commercial brands across multiple categories
  • Degree in fashion design or a related field
  • Excellent hand sketching and CAD abilities, with advanced skills in Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Knowledge of grading rules is a bonus
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to design in line with our brand's vision, identity, and customer needs
