The Role of a Branch Support Specialist
- Works together with the team to provide excellent customer service and support.
- Helps maintain high standards within the trade counter area and warehouse, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
- Has a can-do/will-do attitude and able to work within a small team, contributing to the success of the branch.
- Assists with health and safety compliance, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Is competent with multi-drop deliveries, utilizing company vehicles and equipment.
- Works with the Branch Manager and the rest of the team to achieve branch performance targets, driving business growth and success.
- Provides cover in the branch when required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Our Ideal Branch Support Specialist
- Will have a friendly, welcoming attitude and possess the energy and passion required to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Be versatile and prepared to assist in all aspects of running the branch, from customer service to warehouse operations.
- Must have a full valid driving license, with a forklift truck license being a desirable asset.
- Good organisational skills and be IT literate, with experience in a trade counter environment being a plus.
- Previous driving experience is essential, as the role involves deliveries and driving.
