Job Title: Senior People Systems Manager, HRIS

We are seeking a Senior People Systems Manager, HRIS to play a key role in the development, delivery, and success of our HRIS solutions and People systems. As a member of our People Operations team, you will work closely with our data teams to ensure a deep understanding of our people processes and data, transforming pain points into scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with People Operations and cross-functional teams to understand challenges and implement improvements supporting operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Translate strategy into a delivery roadmap to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Define, evaluate, and deliver system enhancements to support process improvements, self-service, and automation.
  • Manage fast-paced cross-functional projects from end-to-end, covering employee lifecycle processes, absence management/time-off, expenses, benefits, and more.
  • Monitor regulatory requirements impacting our global, remote workforce and evaluate updates to existing procedures and systems to mitigate risk and ensure compliance.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of system administration experience with leading HRIS platforms.
  • Strong understanding of HRIS & global payroll processes and best practices.
  • Proven experience designing and implementing systems for enterprise-grade business requirements.
  • Experience managing compliant processes and policies for a remote-first workforce.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
