Role Responsibilities

As a Community Nurse, your responsibilities will include:

  • Assessing and reviewing individual care packages.
  • Providing practical training to care staff.
  • Conducting clinical supervisions and offering guidance based on your clinical expertise.
  • Collaborating with healthcare workers at various points of care, including home, school, and community settings.

You will utilize your clinical knowledge to engage with Integrated Care Boards (ICBs), Case Management, Social Services, private and NHS hospitals, nursing homes, and facilities for individuals with learning disabilities.

This role will also involve participating in our paid phone support On Call Rota on a rotational basis.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be a Registered Nurse with experience in ICU/HDU or complex care. To excel in this rewarding position, you should be self-motivated, enthusiastic, caring, empathetic, and compassionate.
