Operations Manager in Hospitality

We are excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated Operations Manager in Hospitality to join our esteemed organization, Jupiter Recruitment. This role is pivotal in enhancing the service quality within our specialized care environment.
This facility is purposefully designed to cater to the needs of elderly individuals requiring both general and specialized care.
**Candidates must possess substantial experience in Hospitality Operations Management**
As the Operations Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Creating a service experience that aligns with our core values of compassion, empathy, and transparency.
- Fostering a positive workplace culture that encourages teamwork, continuous improvement, and exceptional service delivery.
- Ensuring that all residents enjoy a remarkable experience, with their needs and expectations consistently met and surpassed.
- Overseeing the food service operations in collaboration with the executive chef, which includes menu design, meal preparation, and timely delivery of high-quality dining experiences.
- Designing and maintaining an engaging activities program tailored to the interests and needs of residents, promoting health and wellness.
- Upholding the highest standards of first impressions for all visitors.
- Managing the housekeeping services to ensure cleanliness and hygiene throughout the facility.

- Experience in budget management, with the capability to control costs while maintaining high service quality.
