ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Guest Service Assistant, you will play a vital role in our operations.

Reporting directly to the Guest Service Manager, we seek an individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to learn about the various functions within our establishment. You will have the opportunity to engage in multiple roles throughout your shifts, including Guest Service Agent, Receptionist, Food & Beverage Assistant, and Housekeeping, ensuring that no two days are alike.

Our team operates like a close-knit family, collaborating to provide exceptional service to our guests. We pride ourselves on delivering timely, knowledgeable, and memorable experiences.

QUALIFICATIONS

We value personality and potential, but here are some key attributes we look for:

  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing position is advantageous, though we are willing to train the right candidate
  • A positive and proactive attitude
  • Proficiency in computer usage and a professional telephone demeanor
