IDEX Consulting Ltd is collaborating with a prominent wealth management firm seeking a Wealth Management Support Specialist to enhance their expanding team.
The organization has recently relocated to modern offices, conveniently situated near major transport links, and is recognized as a dynamic workplace where employees have experienced significant career advancement across various departments.
This position offers substantial exposure, working in close partnership with two seasoned Financial Advisors who are highly esteemed within the organization. Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with assigned Financial Advisors to ensure exceptional client service.
- Establishing and nurturing relationships with clients while maintaining consistent communication.
- Coordinating with operational teams to provide necessary support.
- Preparing documentation for client meetings and financial assessments.
- Managing back-office systems and client records in accordance with company protocols.
The ideal candidate will possess recent and relevant experience in a similar role, preferably within a financial advisory environment, due to the dynamic nature of this position.
