Nurse Advisor

CHASE is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Advisor to join our team in Cornwall. As a Nurse Advisor, you will play a vital role in supporting patients who require enteral feeding and their carers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with patients and their carers to ensure their needs are met and they receive the best possible care.
- Manage a caseload of patients and work autonomously to provide clinical support and interventions.
- Collaborate with local healthcare professionals to improve patient care and outcomes.
- Provide training and education to patients, carers, and healthcare professionals on enteral feeding procedures and equipment.
- Facilitate patient discharges and reduce unnecessary referrals to hospitals.
Requirements:
- NMC registration as a nurse.
- Experience in enteral feeding and patient care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
