Job Summary:

CHASE is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Advisor to join our team. As a Nurse Advisor, you will play a critical role in supporting patients who require enteral feeding and their carers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with patients and their carers to ensure they receive the best possible care and support.
  • Manage a caseload of patients and provide regular updates to healthcare professionals.
  • Provide training and clinical support to patients, carers, and healthcare professionals on enteral feeding pumps, associated equipment, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to facilitate patient discharges and reduce unnecessary hospital referrals.
  • Support patients with short- and long-term enteral feeding requirements to improve care and the overall patient experience.

Requirements:

  • NMC registration as a nurse.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Highly planned and organized approach to work.
