We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented M&E Administrator / Coordinator to join our team in Crawley. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our facilities management operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Log customer calls and job requests via telephone and portal, ensuring accurate and timely escalation to achieve service level agreements.
- Maintain and update our system, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate.
- Liaise with engineers, contract teams, subcontractors, and customers on job status, providing excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Manage fluctuating workloads in our shared Outlook mailbox, prioritizing tasks and responding to customer queries in a timely manner.
- Investigate customer queries and provide feedback, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving issues promptly.
- Monitor and manage outstanding job sheets, producing backlog reports to ensure our CAFM system is up-to-date at all times.
- Close PPM jobs and raise supplier and subcontractor purchase orders, ensuring efficient and effective procurement processes.
- Perform general administration duties, supporting the team in achieving our operational objectives.
- Experience working on a helpdesk in an FM/facilities environment.
- Proficient in MS Office, with full IT system training provided.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with verbal and written English essential.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while working under pressure, with a flexible team player approach and a 'can-do' attitude.
- Salary: £25-30K, depending on experience.
- Hours: 8-4 or 9-5, with flexibility within those times.
- 5 days a week, office-based.
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays.
- Pension contribution.
