Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and maintain critical IT infrastructure components, including servers, storage solutions, networking, and virtualization technologies.
  • Act as a pivotal member of the IT Support Team, serving as an escalation point for 1st and 2nd Line support staff.
  • Deliver essential 3rd Line IT Support to external clients, ensuring high levels of service.
  • Monitor system performance and resolve issues to guarantee optimal functionality and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect and deploy infrastructure solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Implement security best practices while ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulations.
  • Assess and recommend innovative technologies to enhance efficiency, scalability, and resilience of the IT infrastructure.
  • Document system configurations, processes, and procedures for knowledge sharing and future reference.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams and end-users as required.
