About The Role

We're seeking a skilled Transport Administrator to join our logistics team. As a key member of our transport team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our fleet.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure all vehicles are compliant with relevant legislation, guidelines, and safety standards.
  • Coordinate and schedule routine maintenance, servicing, and repairs for the trunking fleet.
  • Handle tachograph issues and maintain accurate records.
  • Respond promptly to any issues or emergencies related to the fleet.
  • Manage vehicle defects and support the resolution process.
  • Administer purchase order requests and track related costs.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of road transport and commercial vehicle compliance.
  • Previous experience in transport and logistics roles.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and build strong relationships.
