We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Product Recovery Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at NEXT. As a Product Recovery Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough quality checks on products to ensure they meet our quality standards.
- Process damaged, used, and faulty products, focusing on recovery and ensuring they are fit for sale.
- Identify and report any errors or discrepancies in product quality.
- Communicate with the fraud team to investigate any fraudulent items.
- Ensure that all products are properly inspected, repacked, and stored.
- Conduct audits to identify areas for improvement in processes and product care.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on product quality and any issues.
About You:
- You have a high level of attention to detail and can make objective decisions based on facts.
- You are able to work independently or as part of a team and communicate effectively at all levels.
- You have excellent understanding of Google Suite and are proficient in using it for daily tasks.
- You are flexible and willing to work additional hours as needed.
- You are punctual and reliable, with a strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
