Product Recovery Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Product Recovery Quality Control Specialist to join our team at Next. As a Product Recovery Quality Control Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough quality checks on products to ensure they meet our quality standards
- Process damaged, used, and faulty products with a focus on recovery and quality
- Identify and report any errors or discrepancies in product quality
- Communicate with the fraud team to investigate any fraudulent activity
- Ensure that all products are properly inspected and repacked
- Conduct audits to identify areas for improvement in processes and product care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date departmental paperwork
- You will have a high level of attention to detail and be able to make objective decisions based on facts
- You will be able to work independently or as part of a team and communicate effectively at all levels
- You will have excellent understanding of Google Suite and be flexible with working hours
- You will be punctual and reliable
