About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Product Recovery Quality Inspector to join our team at NEXT. As a Product Recovery Quality Inspector, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough quality checks on stock to ensure it is fit for purpose and accurately recorded.
  • Process damaged, used, and faulty products with a focus on recovery and quality.
  • Identify and report fraudulent items to the fraud team for further investigation.
  • Ensure due care and attention is given to inspection and repacking of products.
  • Communicate any poor product care handling, packaging, or unsolved problems to the site.
  • Conduct audits to identify areas for process improvement and product care.
  • Maintain departmental paperwork with accuracy and attention to detail.
About You
  • You will be able to make objective decisions based on information and facts.
  • You will have a high level of attention to detail in all aspects of the role.
  • You will be able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • You will have excellent communication skills and be able to gain respect and credibility at all levels.
  • You will have a strong understanding of Google Suite.
  • You will be flexible with working hours and willing to work additional hours.
  • You will be punctual and reliable.
