We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our Property Management team at CV-Library. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing a successful and efficient HMO Property Management team, delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants alike.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop Strong Relationships with local councils and maintain a high level of HMO and licensing knowledge, including Mandatory, Additional, Selective, and Section 257 licenses.
  2. Run Weekly Reports to monitor all aspects of HMO Property Management, ensuring timely and accurate data.
  3. Support the HMO Team in monitoring and managing HMO Properties and license requirements, providing guidance and expertise as needed.
  4. Lead a High-Performing Team that effectively liaises with tenants, contractors, and landlords to ensure maintenance is completed to an excellent standard and in a timely manner.
  5. Monitor Team Performance and motivate team members to improve their performance, providing regular feedback and coaching.
  6. Develop Strong Working Relationships with HMO Team colleagues, Property Management team members, accounts team members, compliance team members, and lettings team members.
  7. Conduct Regular Employment Reviews for team members, following up with completed review paperwork.
  8. Work in a Busy Office Environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
